J.L. Rey (Madrid), better known by his stage name "Phlegeton" as the frontman in the sci-fi death metal band WORMED, is a Spanish vocalist, musician, audio producer, and visual artist resident in Bilbao. Active for more than two decades, both alone and in different formations, he has released more than 15 studio albums and performed extensively throughout Europe, America and Asia in a wide range of renowned venues. Phlegeton has a multiple vocal register, encompassing many styles, from otherworldly-alienish deep gutturals, to clean and super aggressive raspy high-pitched vocals.

I am a voice actor, vocalist, actor and performing artist. I have worked as a vocalist and voice actor for the following video games: -Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion: Knights of the Nine: Revelation -Metal Hellsinger (Funcom, The Outsiders) -Doom Eternal (id Software/Bethesda Softworks) -Dead by Daylight (Behaviour Interactive) I studied voice over at Mike Lemon Casting in Philadelphia & acting at the Bloomington Academy of Art and Theatre. I am also known as the frontman and founding member of Black Crown Initiate, a progressive extreme metal band, formed in 2011, and have toured and performed with the band in North America and Europe many times since we were signed to eOne Records in 2012. We are now signed to Century Media Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music, and our critically acclaimed 2020 release, Violent Portraits of Doomed Escape, can be found on Spotify, Apple Music and the like. Since then, I have joined the metal opera project DiAmorte: The Red Opera (as featured in Forbes) as the character Dorian, which raised over $160,000 for its correlating Dungeons and Dragons campaign on Kickstarter, as well as tech-metal Boston-based band Replacire.

Born in Italy, based in the UK, Fabrizio entered the world of Extreme Vocals almost unexpectedly, during 2013, when he stopped playing guitar due to an injury. This gave him the opportunity to explore music, especially metal, from another perspective which ended up captivating him enough to pursue singing. Along with it he begun to look into Music Production and Mixing in order to produce his own vocal covers. In 2020 he started working with the Extreme Vocal Coach Mara Lisenko with the goal to improve himself, learning more about vocal production, techniques, allowing him to span from grinding death metal tones to a more modern metalcore-ish style, without leaving clean vocals behind and constantly looking forward to broaden his horizons.
